Mango Breakfast or Lunch Smoothie
- 4 cups chopped mangos, fresh or frozen
- 2 bananas
- 5 frozen orange juice cubes or 1/2 cup fresh-squeezed juice
- 1/2 inch chunk of fresh ginger
- 2 cups kefir
- raw honey
- coconut oil
Put mango, banana, orange, ginger, kefir in the blender and give it a good whirl.
Stop the blender, add in raw honey and coconut oil, blend again.
Pour into a big glass and ENJOY!
