Authentic Pilates
We offer Private lessons, Duets and small group classes in Authentic Pilates, our staff is trained in the lineage of Romana Kryzanowska and will tailor every workout to your needs and goals.
Our Boynton Beach location is exclusively outfitted with Contrology Pilates Apparatus. The Contrology line was created to replicate the original function, style and finish of the original Pilates equipment built in the early 1970’s.
GYROTONIC® Method
The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® goes beyond conventional strength training. GYROTONIC® Method training is a series of circular and fluid exercises that work the entire body through muscular, skeletal, and cardiovascular stimulation. We offer Private lessons, duets and small group GYROTONIC® classes.
Our Boynton Beach studio is equipped with 4 GYROTONIC® Pulley Towers and 1 Jumping stretching board
Pilates Teacher Training
The Pilates Space Florida Teacher Training Program is a comprehensive 600-800 hr apprenticeship program. Our program is designed to develop your ability to be a teacher and lifestyle mentor for Pilates students of all ages and physical abilities.
